The only problem with thse providers is if you care about your anonimity and privacy on the internet. I have used this provider in the past https://payeer.com they are like paypal in some way although I wouldn't trust them with big money.

Although their virtual card can be used without being verified user - they require some info because of their card and card itself cost like 0.5$ if I remember well to create with no monthly fees.
