as for the concept... perhaps you should look at tenx since they actually already have this working and you can get their cards already...

Monaco, Tenx ,Bitpay card all those cards are for baby.  That limit $200,$500 daily is not good for traders, we want to withdraw more

In fact MONACA is a better project because they have an excellent development team and they have the French government recognized as a legitimate currency on the VISA card. I think if you want to pass the MCO then this project needs to have more community and have real product work

I don't see what make this project better than its competitor, to me it is even at disadvantage because it is very late to the market, projects like Tenx, Centra, Monaco and TokenCard  all have shared the market

French is not a good market for debit card business, there is no company that can increase the limit atm withdraw for french resident because the gov Set the limit.
