yes ofcourse they did not know that they have hurt the feelings of their fellow mates who may will be their may be companion in the near future. and that does not stop here they keep bullying those fellow mates who did not follow their seniors orders and if someone complain against those students then they will do any thing to avenge that insult.
Am I right?

in the case of bullying. It is not enough to just punish the students who do it. Because, many factors that can be linked as the root of the problem that causes the occurrence of bullying. for example, an education system that does not liberate, the atmosphere of learning is not conducive, rarely exemplary teachers and senior students, the negative effects of mass media, broken home family, and many other factors.
no wonder, if many people think that solving the bullying problem is not as easy as turning the palm of the hand. Because the root of the problem is not single; many and complex. However, although complicated, we need to find a way out. A

I believe bullying is a normal reaction for young people. It's natural, it comes from the basic instincts "he/she is different from me -- I should attack!" or "I should attack him/her otherwise he/she will attack me". It's natural selection, guys. And also sometimes it forces some nerds to learn how to be tough guys and protect their point of view (I saw couple of examples). Also great school of stress resistance and problem solving. You just can't raise people in incubators, believe me.

Normal reaction? Nothing about bullying is normal. I never in my life felt an urge to bully someone, I think that has alot to do with how your parents raised you. Not you literally, but the kids who bully others, especially weaker than them. If my kid would bully someone I would most certainly punish him.

Bullying is a very serious issue. It scope is very large. We cant control people about that issue because it happens anytime, everywhere and to all. What we can do now is to educate our children, our nephews or nieces that bullying is bad and has negative impacts to others lives.
