I don't know all the answers, but I'll share what I know and my thoughts.
- GPU, I believe the specs are what matter in the end. I suggest you check this site out, try different GPUs to see which one gives you more coins on the calculation

- You can send the coins from your core wallet (where you will receive what you mine) to an exchange, where you can sell it for bitcoin, other crypto or FIAT money.
