How to do face to face trades?

What's the usual procedure for face to face trades? Is there any way to do those safely and securely for both parties?

What do you mean by face to face you mean person to person(p2p trading)?

And i think no need to pay for fees according to the thread if your trade person to person..
This will be good to prevent losing in paying fees..
