this guy posted an exe file trying to trick people into executing the virys, how to report this piece of shit?

Click "report to moderator" on the bottom right of his post and include in the box that he is sending viruses. The staff will check it and will likely nuke him from existence straight away because hes a newbie he'll likely create another account and attempt this again but just keep on reporting him via the method above.
