You can participate in group investments in this forum. The idea is that 1 person buy's an ASIC and then sells shares, and you get the amount of bitcoins mined in proportion to your shares. So your profit divided by amount of times then multiplied by the amount of shares you have.

Where can I buy shares? And can you tell me more about the process?

Basically a group of people work together to buy an asic device they normally wouldn't be able to afford and they are also able to share the risk. Like in this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=233624.0;all.

All you have to do is post in the thread how many shares you want and you send him a signed transaction with the bitcoins and with your bitcoin address you want payments sent to. Also you probably want to post the transaction ID. Then hopefully the device is delivered and you start sharing the profits with the other people who purchased the shares.
