Is CEDEX really The FIRST EVER Certified Blockchain based Diamond Exchange?

I have NEVER seen anyone talk about Diamond investment or such, but I found this upcoming ICO with this unique thing. They claim themselves to be the FIRST EVER Certified Blockchain based Diamond Exchange, so do you guys agree with it?

I tried to search but I didn’t found any other option! I really feel great about this project, as it is very strong and kind of stuff that will be revolutionary!

If they do not have an official thread or at least a bounty campaign, then they are doing injustice for their project, please post the official thread so people can look and discuss this new ico or people will just ignore and forget this interesting exchange.

They have very interesting concept and I don’t think there is any other ICO of this type. But still long way to go, so I can’t say much on it will good. Will really look forward to hear more about this project, as it does look high on the potential…. Good luck!
