How to unlock wallet from backup wallet?

Hi I did encrypt my virta wallet but my passphrase used to lock the wallet is not working, Can I use the backup to unlock the wallet?

Coins were sent, I can see them on the blockchain but not in the wallet, also I see a message saying that is out of sync,

I did try this method to get the private key Open the Wallet -> Help -> Debug Window -> Console -> dumpprivkey + wallet adress
but didn't work, maybe the dumpprivkey command is not right? and should it be with + or without? I tried both

how can I fix this?
