Neutral Coins to Hold Currency

I am thinking Ripple be good for this. I want to continue to hold and sell etc
the more active currencies like Bitcoin, Ether, etc

What I like to do is when my bitcoin value grows is instead of cashing out. transfer it or buy it into another coin that is more neutral, like a way to hold value at a stable level.

A coin that has some value but doesn't move around too much.

what ones you recommend for this?

I was thinking of Ripple? any thoughts or suggestions? thanks

If the prices of BTC grows more,most of the alts will bleed when that happens you will find the coins that has stable prices like LTC and thats the best part to buy alts because the price is cheaper,buy when the it bleeds like the coin is dying.
