Nice piece.
"Many people think first about Bitcoin as an unregulated currency. I think about it as a global interchange where each transaction is transparent, verified, and frictionless. It can fundamentally change the systems we use for transactions, and that opportunity is immense."
I wrestled with the headline because at first glance it appears to break the highly reliable rule that the answer to any media headline posed as a question is "no". (Someone posted that here a month or so ago and cited the original author - I'm sorry but I haven't been able to trace the sources). Anyway, the rule is surprisingly effective and usually gives one a chance to smile at any "hair on fire" headline.
My take on the present headline is that the rule still holds - a revolution is happening with
BTC but most people are not looking yet.
