rrttyyuu3223 sent me a PM asking for a invite to BTN, i had a few, so without him paying me for the invite, i sent it to him. 10 minutes later:


Yeah, it was my fault for selling it, but i really wasnt too concerned about the BTC (reason i sent the invite first), so if i didnt get it, i didnt really care, it was a good site anyways.

Anyways, just to let you know, if he asks you for a invite - dont send it to him...

I've never been to one of those invite-only torrent sites.  What advantage do they have over something like TPB?

They're faster because everyone has a ratio requirement. You have to seed a specific ratio, otherwise you get banned. Also, on some sites, torrents are uploaded much faster than on the public ones.
