The whole is a section for this, there people are discussing alternative energy sources to reduce waste on extraction, and what equipment is most profitable. So it's worth a look, but people are trying to do the wrong thing.

To mine Bitcoin you need a special machine named ASIC (Application-specific integrated circuit) or You can also join a mining cloud site.

if you wanna mine at home you cannot mine bitcoin. asic hardware are really loud.
but if you still wanna mine listen rexxer, it's the best option.

You will have to spend a lot of money to invest into proper equipment to start mining BTC as these days it is obsolete business for most of us. There are big companies that spent millions to do build mining factories. It is the same as if you would go to The Hofmans gold site with only gold pan and say them - now let's compete Smiley

BTC is too difficult to mine for now . I think you can try to mine some new coins and exchange to BTC.
