Hi All, since Avalon chips are arriving i presume we all want to have our hardware ready for them.
Using the reference pcbs provided in
avalon-ref Im thinking in order some pcbs for start assembly the components.

https://i.imgur.com/ALOZYMr.jpg?1As it got 4 layers and 15cm the prices are much more high if you buy a few and since they are made in China prices of transportation will be a important cost, if you buy many the transportation cost is more or less the same and prices for making are much lower, all together can lower price per pcb to less than half compared to if you buy alone only a few. The minimal "ok price" starts from 20pcbs ordered.
The other pcbs can be also ordered but they most likely you will only need 1.
Are you interested in buy this pcbs?
Advantages of buy more / group buy:More pcbs = less money payed for each;
More pcbs = allow express sending ordering them to be deliver in 1/2week (+/-) (fast deliver);
More pcbs = allow pay for test / check the pcbs, increasing quality verify;
The pcbs will be shipped to you with no preoccupations.
DisadvantagesSince its more pcbs there is a litle more probability that Customs may check it and required me to pay some taxes.
As you may understand the final price will vary... as reference it should be under 10€ per pcb + transportation costs to ship them to you... how much less i dont know deppends on you. If its more than 30pcbs ordered and all goes well in customs we are probably talking about under than 7€ per pcb to everyone that do the pre-order... I will order as soon as i got 20 requests and i will post the final price when i recive them, as it will depend on Customs the small variations can be adjusted when you pay the shipping costs.
ShipmentHere it's the prices of registered shipments costs in my country
International shipments costsThe pcbs will be forwarded to your desired address as soon as I receive them and you paid the fiat component mentioned above. I will collect the target adresses after you've made the order for the pcbs. Delivery within Europe will usually take less than a week (typical 3 day for the registed option); overseas will take what it takes they say typical 5days. You will be given the option to select shipment method on time and resolve custom specific issues. Because the shipment price has to be paid you can chose the kind of shipment. If you dont want registed, price will be
less... I refered registed prices as I guess registed shipment would be the best choice for your investment.
ServicesIn addicional of sending the pcbs, If you need I can also ship on request the others components for you to fill the pcbs.
I also provide assembly services for Europe, for that you need to send me the chips and prices will be arround 45€ per pcb plus shippment costs.
