Today I made a withdrawal request of my Litecoin from poloniex.
After half an hour, I see withdrawal request to be complete with a Txid: da149ade1f7cfa9f410d0c943f7c5dd98ab918eb77a59eeb6cb7a2045c79f662.
But I never received the funds. When I search for the transaction on Litecoin Block Explorer I get this message
"sorry 'da149ade1f7cfa9f410d0c943f7c5dd98ab918eb77a59eeb6cb7a2045c79f662' is not a valid transaction or block hash for ltc"
Any of you ever had this problem. Any input is appreciated.
I did open a support ticket.
Looks like I am not the only one with this problem. I searched the web and found several people with the same issue
So please avoid Poloniex.
