Hello!
I want change pool management strategy (avalon miner).
How to make change FAILOVER > LOAD BALANCE or use quota based scheduler?
Which strategy is better?

What exactly are you trying to do? Multipool mining with bitcoin died a long time ago, its not even supported by current generation miners.
Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

 i want to test 2-3 days: which pool better for my isp, avalon and ....
automatic change every 2-3 hours pool.
