I and my wife are searching for investors, founders for our long-term business- traveling, camping place.
As we own a unique 22ha property next to lake we plan to make one tree house and one cottage with sauna as a seed/ startup for profiting.
In future, we plan to ad many options for active leisure such as water jet boats, boating- sups, water skies sports, offroad rides among track and many activities that will be made for profiting.
we don't want to sell the property for capital cos we aim to work on all our property and will be required to buying it back, the plan is to ad 30 such cottages, banquet hall, camping spots and many other mentioned things before.
On trust, we can offer one of the 2700m2 plots which are next to the lake. Or sign rental rights for you. Plan "D" is to place some plot as LTD to fund it and sign the rights.
The splits for startup are planed NETO!
•70% (back to investors/ founders)
•30% (for advertising and primary needs, such as toilet paper, drinking water supply etc)
We are young parents from a trustful and fair community and are looking to make a fair business in long-term!
