Planning on getting some ETH with a shortened adress from bit.co.in from an ATM. Are there any risks?

It should be relatively safe if the crypto ATM is actually legit(an actual legitimately registered business; with business permits, etc). The problem might be because of the address shortener; I haven't actually used one of those shorteners so I'm really not sure if it's safe to use an address from those shorteners or not.

A friend of mine used the shortener and had no problems with it, I just wanted to ask for an opinion.
