In the swap, you put an invalid Ethereum address in the attachment that's why we couldn't send you the tokens. Since the person sent the wrong address we will need proof you are the owner of that waves address. Please email that to
contact@projectarena.io. One way to verify you are the owner of the address is email us your email address used when purchasing the tokens during the ICO. If you purchased on the exchange you will need to send a screenshot of the sent transaction from your wallet. Once we verify you are the sender of that address we will send you your tokens right away.
