My hashrate is dropping, running 17.7.1.rx480's. The blockchain driver is only for windows 7 and 10?

yes blockchain drivers are currently available only for win 7 & 10
even the latest drivers which contains an option to switch between compute and graphics is also available for win 7 & 10 only
I will recommend you to update to win 10

why not upgrade to win 10?
