Is there a list of "approved" webshops that is safe?

Hope that I use the right forum, please do advice if not.
I try to find info on miningdevices.com before I order a miner. Search on this forum and on google has not come up with something.
The site is not https and the miners look to low prised(?)
Anyone who has info?
