Since bitinstant is down where can I get bitcoins fast? I will be wanting to use "moneygram" it's the easiest way for me and walmart is right down the street. So where is the best place to buy bitcoins?

It seems like the major players are the exchanges. like Mtgox or Bitstamp. The main problem with those exchanges are that they require wire transfers to international banks. Which can be costly. I have been searching for another method, but no such luck. Bitinstant is down and that was my go to.

I am willing to buy direct from users, using escrow if anyone is interested. I am looking for 10 BTCs.
