I've read some posts about http://theconference.eu/ on the forum, but i'm wondering if there is any news about it?
There isn't anything new being posted on their website and still unable to buy tickets even though the conf will already be this september.
Are there still any organisers active here? And/or can anybody provide some updates?

And a price indication would be nice. I live in the Netherlands but if they ask something like a 300 euro registration fee you won't see me there. Roll Eyes

There are some things on their website which make me doubt if they mean business:
- sponsoring companies don't include links to their conf
- facebook page doesn't exist
- ticket sale is not underway although the event is in ~4 months
- twitter account is completely empty - no tweets whatsoever

EDIT:
- no price indication for tickets
- no sponsor list online

I messaged the organizer asking for info, details on price etc. Think its a good initiative and would like to see it happen but also noticed the empty twitter, missing linkedin so it seems rather halfhearted.

Will post when/if I get a reply.

But after a week of waiting for a reply i'm not sure what's going on...
