I am trying to receive my BTG and am having an issue. I have searched everywhere trying to find what (if anything) I am doing wrong and am still stumped, so hoping someone here can help me out.

I have a Full Node Bitcoin Core wallet running within a VM. This wallet was used before, during, and after the BTG fork. From 10-21-2017 to 11-30-2017 this wallet only received BTC funds (I never sent anything out of this wallet).

I created a second VM with a full node BTC wallet. The blockchain is fully downloaded and ready to go.

Today (12-01-2017) I sent all my BTC from the wallet described above to a Trezor hardware wallet.

My original plan was to export the keys from my BTC wallet and import them to my BTG wallet to receive my BTG, but its not working. I am able to dump the private keys for each transaction on the BTC wallet. When I import them on the BTG wallet, the response comes up as "null" and I dont have any BTG. I have tried doing the import on the BTG machine with and without a wallet.dat from the BTC machine.

What am I missing here?!?!?!?!?
