certainly he exchanges which are making a ton of money now, I believe will  take to the courts.

Bitcoiners will remain unaffected as they can simply start trading at Japanese exchanges, where bitcoin has already been legalized as a recognized medium of exchange.

Yes this is what Chinese people are doing. There are certainly every way to use and sell btc even if govt bans exchanges or trading in country.
