PSA: SCAM BTG Web Wallet being promoted on BitcoinTalk

Just a headsup...

There is a SCAM BTG Webwallet being promoted on BitcoinTalk: www.[SCAM]bcdwallet[SCAM].org - URL has been broken on purpose to protect the newbies.


This scam is an obvious clone of the infamous "mybtgwallet" scam... asking you to put in your seed to claim BTCD. So, please remember the following:

NEVER PUT YOUR SEED INTO A WEBSITE!
NEVER PUT YOUR PRIVATE KEYS INTO A WEBSITE!


At the current moment in time... there IS NO Bitcoin Diamond network, no mining, no wallets... NOTHING... you cannot claim Bitcoin Diamond...

They are aggressively spamming all over Twitter.

It would help if some more people would report and counter this sort of criminals there as well.
@BITC0INDIAM0ND is the one impersonating the official @BitcoinDiamond_ and promoting that scam website.

Update: their phishing site is down for now, I reported them to their Russian hoster, who took immediate action and locked them.

Good that they have been blocked. But we all have to keep eyes open as many more scammers will pop up here and there, again and again.

I guess you wanted to talk about BTCD (Bitcoin Diamond) not about BTG (Bitcoin Gold), as for BTG there is a valid wallet in place.
