CampBX Slow web response

There was a CampBX admin on here so I hope he still lurks around here, but is there any explanation for the slow response time of the webpage?  It takes a minute or two every time I click to go to another webpage (well maybe not always a minute or two, but at least 30 seconds if not longer...)
