Just want to point out, this is the same guy that has these rules on his pools, in addition to "removing high hashrate miners" for no reason other than he wants to:

"Pool Hopping on this pool will not be tolerated. Their is a 3 stage procedure for pool hoppers. 1. Email to user 2. Second email to user and a Locked account until a response has been recieved 3.Third email sent to user and donation set to 100%
Pool Hopping for me is considered to be anyone mining until the diff increases and then only coming back when it falls. I have seen many coins struggle due to people like this and would not like my pool to be cause of any problems"

actually i didnt say because i want to, i had stevenlam on my pool and didnt mind, Ive even removed that rule. Ive just been sending out emails to anyone messing with the pool, All i ask is anyone that mines doesnt jump pools. Ive now decided and implenting a way to document who is a loyal miner by my standard and giving them all a bonus each week, so basically it ends up me getting 0 fees because its given back to the loyal miners
