HD 7850 is only putting out 1.5 Mhash/s

As stated above, saw I should be putting out around 200 or something. Funny my i3-3225 is putting out 3.0 Mhash/s over my GPU. Not sure why this is as the card is over clocked but not throttling out. (settings below)

What miner and pool are you using?
Try to contact pool's support, 50btc team helped me to configure my miner.
