I am excited and feel passion to keep learning and getting involved, but does anyone ever sort of just feel a little bit pessimistic about bitcoin and crypto currency generally?   of course I'm not forgetting about blockchain and future possibilities around that.
but the  truth is, at least in the United States, it's just a store of value right now right?  Not really that much you can really do with it at this time ,  yet we are spending our hard earned money investing into it.  I suppose in the short run and people who have the money, can invest and make short term gains but the ones that HOLD on. They could be holding on to nothing and eventually all money invested or held onto will just disappear into thin air lost forever.   99% of the time I'm pumped, I like helping, I like learning, I like toying around with it all - but sometimes just sometimes I think wow it's just a store of value right now!!
