Hi,

I know these are only cheap, but would anyone here know how to repair an ATX pico?

It was working, then all the sudden it stopped outputting 12v.

12v is definitely going in.
 
The 3v is outputing voltage

But no 12v on the output.

Which part could be blown the stop the 12v output?

Get a multimeter on it and follow the tracks back from the molex/sata plug and check all the components one by one.
