bear market investing in new token?? BLZ? POLY ? INSTAR ? ELA? SOPHIATX ? ABT?

Some of this ICO will have x4 ,x7 in bull market ... but with this bear trend many are under ICO or ICO max x2 ..what do you think ?
like example BLZ? POLY ? INSTAR ? ELA? ABT ? or sophiatx
. please dont speak me of ICO now or coming  ..
what do you think ? or better invest in btc ..
i have a large portfolio  of altcoins  with 11% in NEO and the rest in different coins 3 to 6 % more than 200K but no bitcoin ..please dont be too upset

Some ICOs still perform well in this market, just not as well as they otherwise would. If you look at ABT that you mentioned, it's still 2.5x in the first week of trading despite the current market conditions.

I feel that the best ICOs will still do 2x or more but it's a better time to invest in something like bitcoin that's a much safer bet.
