[Advice] I have the opportunity to buy a funded 1BTC casascius for ~1 BTC

Hello everyone, I need some advice.

I have the opportunity to buy a funded 1BTC casascius series 1 coin (brass) for very slightly over 1 BTC fiat value.

Is this a deal I absolutely need to jump at, as it's a lot of money to risk, but I also understand that casascius funded coins tend to be worth more than their face value.

Any advice from previous buyers or owners would be greatly appreciated.
