Mining New AltCon

I create New Altcoin from Service on the Internet and it is working good with wallets and daemon , just i have 2 questions

1- How can i make mining for this coin and received coins in my wallet ?

2- they send to me Keys ( alert_key.hex ) & ( alert_key.pem ) ... this Keys for what and why i need thous keys ?
