RTBTC is the best trading platform out there.  Its only $10 a month, gorgeous interface, tons of overlays to choose from, and a customize able dashboard.

CampBX is what I use, when I have money or coins to trade.  ACH through Dwolla worked well for me the last time, but Coinbase works fine for that as well.
