Hi!

Is it anyone that got the terms and condition or know where I may find them?
I have always been told that it have been possible to make a refound. I did that last week, even when my order said "paid". They say allot of BS and that isn't possible!
So I want to know what the ToC says.

With Swedish laws I have 2 weeks to regret my order. http://www.konsumentverket.se/vara-omraden/tele-tv-och-internet/handla-pa-internet/efter-kop/angerratt/
That is if I havn't accepted anything else. And i dont think that i've done that. Havn't accepted any cloud hashing or something like that.

The withdrawal period begins to run when you received the goods.

Yes I know. I know that 'konsumentverket' says that I got 2 weeks from when I received the machine to cancel it. The law say so.
But in this case im unsure because I dont know what the terms and condition says. Because that law is for persons not companys. And if I in there terms and condition buys as a company I might not have the law on my side.
Im from Sweden so I know that I got my rights. But im still unsure what to do! I dont want to be without miner and money.

I've actually been thinking about how "ångerrätten" affects KNC and I suspect they can manage to avoid it by claiming it was a "custom order" built specifically for the customer, and I would actually agree with that to some extent.

In Sweden we got 'konsumentverket'. It help the customer against companys when they got in trubbel.
And in the Swedish law we have the right to withdrawl "anything" you bought trouh internet or phone. It says that after you received the "item" you have 2 weeks to return it. If you do you will have your money back.
But this law is for persons, not companys. So if I boguht it trough an company I cant return it. So Im unsure what the terms and conditions says for the first batch.

if you are getting products and trying to get them EX-VAT (no sales tax) then your defined as a business. especially if you resell..

1. use consumer law, unless knc can prove your a business
2. report to consumer law. as a customer, as just the threat of them being investigated, whether your business or consumer, usually gets them to act.

The solution to dealing with bad actors selling mining equipment is to reverse engineer their technology - make them interact with the law. They'll be far less willing to pull the refund withholding and defective product BS if they'll eventually need the law on their side.

KnC has always had a reputation for over delivering. Any delays and they will up the hash rate. I trust that they will deliver on time or sooner. They have pretty much been the only reliable hardware company and those who received a Jupter, are making big bucks now. Even if they paid in BTC at the price of $500 each.

This tread isn't about if they will ship in time or not. It's them not accepting the refound request I got!
1. When I ordered they said it was OK to refound before my status changed from paid to under progress. And now I requested before my status changed.
So even without any laws im within their 'laws'.

2. With the swedish law I have the right to make a refound/withdrawl within two weeks.
So even here im alright. If not the terms and conditions says something other than Im a person buying and not a company.

So that's why I want to read the terms and condition for Neptune batch 1. But seems to be hard to find Sad
