Not even 1 confirmation after 2 days...Is it normal ???

Hello,

I have Breadwallet on my iPhone. I have a problem as I tried 2 days ago to import from my paperwallet to bread from public address 1uvR6tv35qV3ePmsenNnCuAvPvnV8iEFj
I did put my pass phrase and confirmed my PIN, then I got an error message on Bread. I tried a second time, same thing.

Then, I decided to do the transfer through the blockchain.info application. I have my transaction blocked with not even 1 confirmation since 2 days !!….  


Is it normal that there is not even 1 confirmation because of the traffic? Or there should be at least 1 confirmation ??
