when I make a USD withdrawal from Bitfinex, from which country the money will come from?

Bitfinex is trying to keep banking details secret or at least hidden in the mist.  I did stop dealing with Bitfinex many years ago but we all know that bifinex have had big banking issues in the last 6-7 months.

I still do not understand why people trade using bitfinex , the whole tether ( USDT ) is  a scam
