no such thing as 100% as experience shows there is always a way via something you forgot about or not experienced enough to secure in the first place or just software that itself has holes. So unless you done all the coding yourself you will never really know if it's 100% secure. And if you do it all yourself it's probably not going to be.

Keep yourself up to pace with all the stuff your using, keep it simple and be professional with your work.
