Unable to change password (Password Invalid) - D3

Been trying to change my D3's password but tells me password is invalid so I can't change it.

I'm still using the default root root to login to the miner so I believe the current password is also 'root' but still says invalid. Also tried 'admin'. invalid.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

If it's a second hand miner, you can factory reset it with the button on its back.
You can then use root root as login info.
