My PC's sata ports?

My PC's motherboard has 6 sata ports 4 blue, 2 black, I can connect to the blue ones but not the black ones, any ideas as I have 3 HDD's but can only connect 1 DVD writer which is a light-scribe and I want to add a Blue-ray without disconnecting 1 of the HDD's.

The Blue ones are SATA 6, the black are SATA 3. (Think USB 3.0 vs USB 2.0)

Unfortunately if you may have to get newer components or else unplug some stuff.
