It’s hard to tell when transactions will actually go through today. I’ve been noticing for the past couple of weeks a huge clogged up in the block chain With bitcoin transactions taking a lot longer than They normally would. Thing you can do is just be patient. On the forum, I have seen bitcoin transaction Excelerator’s but I’m not for Milyer with others work or even if they are legit. So it’s probably best to just wait it out.

Some miners let you add the transaction manually to their pool to accelerate the transaction. Remember that the network can be congested at times, especially with the booming popularity of BTC.

Well by know I guess that your transaction is already confirmed because it has 25 confirmations. These days the network has lots of transactions to perform so latency has increased his value. You should not worry anymore because with 6 confirmations is more than enough to call the transaction as a valid one, but you already know that, don’t you?
Greetings.

Isn't the case that you can speed things up by increasing the fees you pay.
Or am I mistaking.

Yes you can have your transaction be confirmed faster by paying a higher transaction fee compared to others so that miners will pick up your transaction first among others. During the time when network is congested, people would want their transaction to be confirmed faster so they would pay a higher fee until such time when the average fee would go higher. To avoid paying a high fee, you should just not transact bitcoin during this time if you don't have urgent needs for it or convert to other coins like ethereum or litecoin if you want to send one. Check in this site the recommended fee. https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/
