Recovering old account

Hey guys,

Forgive me if this is the wrong place to put it -  I couldn't find any other specific forum.

I have an old account here, from around 4 years ago. Stupidly I used an email address tied to a domain I no longer own/run, and due to the hacks on here between then and now, the password no longer works.

I'd love to have my old account back, but am not in a position to recover it myself and require an admin to help - how do I go about this? I looked around the forum and cannot find how to do it, or get in contact with an admin etc.
