Hi I just joined here but long time reading the forum. I'm having a bit of trouble with bitstamp's verification process, it asks for document id, document issue date and document expiry date, but it makes it less than clear what document? Seeing as you can use alternate id papers. I asked on their support but no reply, as of yet (about a day ago). Anyone done this process know what is needed? Also I don't own a scanner so was only able to take high quality photos of passport and bank statements, will this be ok do you know?

Thanks.

If you make a good photo of the document, and it seems like a scan, it might be ok.
Yes, I think that a passport is fine, but not 100% sure
