I offer my language skills in Arabic, English, and Greek. All these levels are native levels (mine and my wife's).

you should offer some examples of your translation to attract clients and be efficient.
Anyone could say they can translate and then use a machine translation. I advise you to do some free translations just so you can show proof of your work.
