Bitcoin is being forked every month now. Besides the more established ones like Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Gold, we witnessed the appearance of Bitcoin Silver, Bitcoin Diamond and Lightning Bitcoin. On December 12, another fork happened – Super Bitcoin. The fork’s slogan is ‘Make Bitcoin great again!’.

TEAM & FEATURES
Super Bitcoin was created by Chinese developers and includes features such as Lightning Network and 8MB block size. The fork happened on block 498,888. The team includes three developers, including a Chief Scientist.

The developers explain that “this is just an experiment” based on ideas presented by the community:

“We are merely implementing the proposals recommended by the Bitcoin community. Only when we put these talks into actions that we can make Bitcoin great again.”

Apparently Super Bitcoin will be mined using ASIC. The coin positions itself as anonymous, with zero-knowledge proofs. However, it lists smart contracts as a novel feature, but even Bitoin now offers smart contracts.

I am actually getting tired with all of these forks which resulted into new altcoins thrown into the cryptocurrency market. The whole thing must be so profitable that it has now become a new lucrative industry. In fact, I heard there now so many forks that I could not recognized some of them. Should I really care if there would be a new one? In my view, this can just be waste of time since I am not going to be benefited by such an enterprise. All I want is for the real Bitcoin (the one that am holding now) to solved its myriad of problems so that it can reach its real and full potential soon. Sadly, no one is listening with this complaint. Should we then expect that sooner or later Bitcoin can be dead for real?

Of course - these bullshitters are out of ideas for an actual fork, so they just string together a lot of extremely vague concepts that amateur Bitcoin users have suggested over the years and then pieced them together into something new.

This fork wasn't even a suggestion until a month ago or so.  Their entire idea is just to ride on the popularity of BCH.

Hopefully the major exchanges won't feel pressured to implement it - ideally, this fork won't get a lot of exposure.
