Horizon (Wireless Telecom using Blockchain) seeking crypto advisor

Hi all,

Horizon Communications is launching our pre-sale ICO soon. Our whitepaper is entering its final round of edits and the website, erc20 token and social media will all be finished in the next few days.

Horizon will be used advanced wireless technology, based in the Caribbean, to bring high-speed internet service to regions at a fraction of the cost of our fixed line competitions.

Horizon will also be fully incorporating blockchain into our company, from payment methods to decentralized data storage/encryption, VPN services etc.
