What happened to this coin?  It was one of the e-coins that came out a couple weeks ago but it was actually built on XEM's platform so I was intrigued.  I see the announcement thread was locked and there doesn't seem to be any other threads with information on it.  

My guess is that there was no Etherdelta type site to quickly put the coin up on an exchange and it just died when the announcement thread was deleted.  Shame.  I hope to see someone build a new coin on the XEM platform.

EDIT:  I see I just received my NEMEther coins 48 hours ago.  Excellent, I hope the devs keep working on it.

I had forgotten about this coin but today I saw NemEther wallet on my desktop so I made a search only to find the original thread deleted on BCT. Then I found this thread. So you received your coins, good. I didn't get mine. I wonder too what has happened this coin? Also how many others received NemEther so far?

I think NemEther is the first free NEM mosaic to go viral and it was distributed to 200 unique people. It is a community driven token just like NEM was in the initial stages. If the community comes together then perhaps we can find a good use case. I was told that we can approach the NEM foundation for help if we are able to find a good use case. Maybe we’ll do a rebranding? An exchange? It is up to the community to decide the fate of this awareness project.

When does NemEther hit exchanges?

I actually have no idea about this. It was started as an education project. If it gets any value in the future maybe we can approach exchanges 😛

And last but not least the most important question in crypto: when moon?
