Before you react violently... this is not my word,I just saw an article that Vitalik think this will be the case....

I think we have the responsibility to not promote(I dont know how airdrops or bounty works) maski paraan pa ito para kumita ng pera... Sana naman ipromote lang natin kung naniniwala kayo sa business na ipapatayo para mapaganda ang buhay ng tao.. Wink

I really hope the government will get involved soon...

It's true, same reason why most startup businesses fails as well. And sometimes, even though na naniniwala ka sa isang project- that doesn't mean it will be successful. There are a lot of factors to take note. Major one is how feasible the project is, is it really doable based on a current tech we have? Most of them are just buzzwords and whitepapers.

In my opinion, Involving the government here will only add salt into the wound and not really a good idea. The worst thing you can do as an investor is to invite or delegate somebody else (government) and let them decide which project is good or bad which is a great recipe for corruption tendencies.

The only way to protect investors is to let them lose money through experience, In that way, next time they'll invest - they'll be more cautious, skeptic and likely to ask better questions and likely to do more research and be more careful this time, in other words people will get sophisticated through experience. Because taking away the people's ability to do the decision themselves is not protecting them, it will only make them stupider than they already are.

Of course, it will defeat the purpose of cryptocurrency/blockchain if the government will have a total control of the system but if this system has to go mainstream then they will not have a choice but to get involved...

Government involvement(not just issuing warnings) means that it can be like a creation of a organization/body to certify(like an accreditation) any ICO's that are being offered in the public....Although we understand that this does not mean a garuanteed success of the ICOs.... ONe way or another this system/blockchain/cryptocurrency need to be tamed, if it has to become our future.
