Hello,

I will start building my first rig and can't decide what GPU's to choose. I live in Eastern Europe and prices are pretty high. Budget about ~1,9k €

These are not final prices, will get 20% off.
9* INNO3D GeForce GTX 1060 3GB Compact 2 - 210€ - 1890€ and 6gb card price starts about 300€
7*  XFX Video Card AMD Radeon RX 470 8GB - 280€ - 1960€
7* ASUS Radeon EX RX570 O4G 4GB - 280€ - 1960€
6* SAPPHIRE VGA PCIE16 RX 580 Pulse 8GB  - 320€ - 1920€ or 4GB model? 290€ per GPU
4* ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1070 8GB - 480€ - 1920€
GTX 1080 is over 600€ per card

Or something else?

Other hardware:

INTEL Celeron G3930
BIOSTAR TB250-BTC+ only with 8 PCIe slots for GTX 1060s have to choose motherboard with 9 slots at least.
4GB DDR4
120GB SSD
Corsair RM1000X? Something else in ~170€ price range?

Is Chinese PCIe risers trustable?

Your selection on CPU, mainboard, RAM... all are ok. For GPU, I would like to go with 7*XFX RX470, 4*Zotac GTX1070.
Also, you could consider to purchase some Nvidia P106-100, it could achieve ~25Mh/s for mining ETH and ~295sol/s for Equihash algorithm's coins. For PSU, it depends on your GPU selection and number of GPUs as well. For safety and stable operation 24/7/365, you should only run PSU at 80% load.

Better get the 6 SAPPHIRE RX 580 Pulse 8GB for 1920€ and that is the best bang for the buck out of the list which is good for mining altcoins. Or if you want you could also get the 7 XFX RX 470 8GB for the similar price which is also good. Also you could go for two 750w PSU offsetting the load with two PSUs would be better than overloading your PSU or you could get a 1500w PSU, because I believe that the wattage of the RX 580 is around 180w-220w so multiplying that to 6 would get around 1080w-1320w so it is better go get a higher wattage PSU or buy two 750w.

You guys both mention 470-s to buy if we talk about eth. 1* GTX1070 can do about 27 MH/s or even 30. Then 4* 1070 can do about 120 MH/s Eth and we have 6* RX580 in same price range but they can do about 160-180 MH/s. Why should I even think about 1070-s? I don't get it.

470 takes less power than 570 and 580? Why 470 is good option?
I'm really confused. As beginner I thought about 570 or 580 because they are newer models(bigger power bills??) and maybe easier to sell gamers if mining world collapse.

Ofc. there can be availability issues. I would like to have backup option. Mixing different cards in same rig is not good option because of drivers issues?

6* SAPPHIRE VGA PCIE16 RX 580 Pulse 8GB - I'd go with this choice.
It will be easy enough to get 28+ Mh/s per card with ETH. 320€ - 20% off is fair price.

Couple weeks ago I got my ASUS Radeon RX 580 8GB (Samsung) cards by 300€ each and so happy with it, from stock it gives 25.5 eth + 800 dcr.
I'd buy more, but cannot find these cards cheaper than 375€.

Any stable PCIe risers from China or Europe to recommend? SATA powered risers are not reliable?

It depends on the quality of your SATA connectors. If they are proper i.e. with real 18AWG cable then no problem to plug in SATA power to the riser (but highly recommended no more than one). You just should check your PSU

Dont use sata powered risers, they can owerheat, expecially if you take 1080 nvidias. Molex are no1 for me. And my recommendation is rx 470.

Corsair RM1000X can power both combinations 7*470 or 6*580? I think will choose between them. Sapphire R580 Pulse 8GB or XFX AMD Radeon RX 470 8GB which has better cooler? I think 7*470 cards will make more noise? With 6*580 cards I have couple extra pcie slots to expand.

Anyone know?

Much depends on how much you have a place to host the farm and time for its maintenance. It is much more difficult to service 1060 than, little 1080.

Do RM1000x handle 7 RX470 or 6 RX580-s with motherboard and other stuff? Or should I buy 400W PSU for motherboard and connect RM1000x only with risers and GPU's?

1000 PSU is not enough for 6 x RX580. ~150W per card.
I took 2x1000 for 8 x RX580, it's too much but I can safelly play with oveclocking with my first rig. When I build a second one I separate them to have something like 1x1000 and 1x750.

I would choose 6*rx580 with 1500w or 2*750w. Good luck mate.

All RX580 320€ are sold out now. There is a still possibility to get RX470 8gb, GTX 1070 and GTX 1060 6GB. Gainward 1060 6GB good option for 270 - 20%? I think I would go 7 of them. 1070 is good choice but 4 cards are not enough to mine ethereum. If 7* 1060 makes ~ 140-170? And I can also mine Zcash if etherum is too hard to earn.
